Ruth A. D’Agostino has performed the following services in many of the Major Department Stores in NYC:
1) Approached and introduced potential customers at Major Department stores with specific promotions by handing out flyers, showing products and cosmetics in an enthusiastic, polite, vigorous and yet soft vocal manner so as to entice customers to stop at the counter and look at the products being offered and assist the counter personnel in closing sales.
2) Properly cleansed and reconditioned customer countenances with the correct corresponding skin care products (Facials) then, tastefully applied (using sanitary & F. D. A. approved methods) cosmetics in the hope of convincing prospective buyers to purchase the products.
3) Gave cosmetic video makeovers, computer makeovers, and manicures to female clientele enticing them to buy.
4) Wore what was being promoted and complied with all proper dress codes required by engaging companies.
5) Made personal presentations to open new and develop existing corporate accounts by promoting engaging companies products in a discrete yet professionally successful manner.
6) Planned and directed promotions from A to Z. Dealt effectively with the public. Increased.total sales volume over specific promotional events.
7) Organized in "Materials Handling", inventory of merchandise, payroll, and freelance model training. Worked closely with "Budget".
Computer Knowledge:	Has worked with computers for 20 years. Familiar & competent working with various browsers. Works with HTML and Java Script. Understands & uses FTP. Familiar and competent with programs such as: Aldus Pagemaker, Microsoft word, Word Perfect, Windows Draw, Imageline Clipart, Art Explosion, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Adobe Pagemill, Miva merchant. Has achieved website developer status. Has used auction software such as Lister Pro. Uses and has knowledge of many other programs.
Languages:	Speaks, reads and writes fluent English & Spanish. Speaks very little, yet understands some Italian, French, Portuguese, German & Russian.
Personal Aspirations:	To build an Orphanage in the Dominican Republic where Ruth owns 2.5 acreas of land even though she is not Dominican. ALSO To travel to the former U. S. S. R. in the hopes of establishing solid business relationships of a diversified nature.
Enjoys:	Going to Taiwan Union Christian church in Astoria, Queens, New York (Ruth is a Christian), spending time with her family, driving around in her car, going to museums & art galleries, shopping for antiques in attics, basements, flea markets and homes, doing research in the library, taking vacations, swimming, eating in good restaurants and listening to good, soft music. Also enjoys wearing the fragrance L'Air Du Temps by Nina Ricci and Opium by Yves St. Laurent.
